Ten seats. Thursdays, 3, 10 and 17 December, 11:00 to 12:30 Mountain, on Zoom. Enrolment closes Monday 30 November.
Session 1 · 3 December
Where you actually are
You put your business on one page: what it is, who it serves, how it makes money and where it stands today. Then you define success at ninety days, one year and three years, in terms you will recognize when you get there.
Session 2 · 10 December
Choosing the direction
You lay your real options side by side, with what each one costs and what it closes off. You name the assumptions your choice rests on and rate how sure you are of each. You leave with one page recording what you decided and why.
Turning direction into strategy
Your direction becomes three to five ninety-day priorities, each with a measure and a date. Then you set the weekly cadence that keeps them moving once January gets loud.
Each session follows the same pattern. I show you the tool, we work it live, and you leave with the page filled in. You will not be taking notes to finish later.
Private Community Access
Work alongside other business owners in a focused environment. Share challenges, stay accountable, and move forward with people who understand the realities of running a business.
Monthly Group Calls
Join Karas and invited experts for focused, high-level sessions. Bring your current priorities, pressure points, and decisions - and work through them in real time.
Quarterly Recalibration Sessions
Every quarter, you step out of the day-to-day to reassess what’s actually working, what’s not, and where to focus next. This is where priorities are realigned, direction is reset, and decisions are made with intention — so your business evolves with clarity instead of reacting to pressure.
Resource Library
Access a curated set of tools, templates, and frameworks designed to support your work - without overwhelming you.
The Clarity Sprint is for owners past the startup phase. Your business works. You have customers, revenue and more ideas than hours, and you want 2027 to have a direction you chose rather than one the calendar chose for you.
It is a working room. You do the thinking and I make sure it holds up. If you are looking for someone to hand you a finished plan, this sprint will frustrate you, and I would rather tell you that now.
You’ll know what success looks like at ninety days, one year and three years, in words you’d actually use.
You’ll have picked one direction, and you’ll know why you picked it over the others.
You’ll know what has to be true for that direction to work, and which piece you’re least sure of.
You’ll have three to five priorities for the next ninety days, each with a number and a date on it.
You’ll know what you’re putting down to make room for them.
I spent 25 years in Canadian banking as a financial planner, a business banker and a credit adjudicator. My job was to look at a business and decide whether its plan would hold. I have seen a lot of plans, and the ones that held all started from an honest read of the present.
Since 2010 I have advised leaders and owners for more than 2,500 hours, and I brought a psychology degree to the work because the hardest part of any plan is the person making the decisions. The sprint runs on the Clarity Compass™, the method I built to help owners see clearly what they are dealing with before they decide what to do about it.

What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and sent the same afternoon. The sprint works best live, so plan to attend all three, and if something comes up, the recording and your worksheet will catch you up.
Do I need to take the Reality Check first?
Yes. It is free, and it is what Session 1 is built on. If you have taken it before, take it again so we are working from where your business is today.
Is there a payment plan?
You can have a full refund within seven days of enrolling, no questions asked.
I have a team. Can they join?
Each seat is for one owner. The plan you build is yours, and you'll leave with what you need to walk your team through it.
Do I have to complete the Ecosystem first?
No. The Next Wright Step is open to any business owner looking for ongoing structure and accountability.
If you’ve completed the Ecosystem, this is where you continue and sustain that work. If you haven’t, you’ll still gain clarity, consistency, and direction through structured practice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This is a month-to-month membership. You can cancel anytime, simply email [email protected] with 30 days notice. We hope you stay, but we understand that business needs change.
How is this different from the full Ecosystem?
The Ecosystem is a structured, time-bound (52 - weeks) experience designed to build your foundation.
The Next Wright Step is ongoing - designed to help you maintain focus, stay accountable, and continue making progress over time.
What if I need more than group support?
If you need more direct or personalized support, additional options are available.
This environment is designed to give you consistent structure and accountability and for many, that’s exactly what’s needed to keep moving forward.
