You leave with real direction. The group dynamic is the point — you'll learn as much from the people in the room as from the sessions themselves.
2 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Karas
Private sessions to go deeper on what's specific to your business. Use them at the moments that matter — a decision you need to think through, a sticking point the group can't fully address, or a strategy conversation that needs focused attention. These sessions are yours to use when they'll have the most impact.
Online Portal and Community Access
Session recordings, tools, frameworks, and a community of business owners doing the same work. Everything you build during the program lives here. Access continues after the cohort ends — so what you build doesn't disappear when the ten weeks do.

Common Questions
I've done the Reality Check. Is this the right next step?
Probably yes. Especially if your results showed gaps across multiple areas and you want a structured way to close them. The Clarity Path is built for exactly that moment: you've seen the picture clearly, now you need a plan and support to act on it. Book a Triage Call and we'll confirm it together.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded in the portal. That said, showing up live is where the real value is — the group dynamic, the live coaching, the conversations that happen when everyone is in the room at the same time. Recordings are a backup for genuine conflicts, not a substitute for presence.
What's the difference between the Clarity Path and the Ecosystem?
The Clarity Path is 10 weeks — a structured program focused on building your foundation: business plan, vision, quarterly priorities, and systems. The Ecosystem is a 52-week rolling program for business owners who are ready to build sustainably across all four pillars over the long term. Many Clarity Path graduates go on to join the Ecosystem. Some get what they need in 10 weeks and that's exactly as it should be.
How many people are in the group?
Cohorts are intentionally small and are capped at 10 people. The quality of the room matters more than the size of it. You'll know the people you're working with by week two, and that's by design.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
If you feel the call didn't provide value, we will work with you. Your company's growth and development is important and we are committed to working with you.
Common Questions
Do I need to complete the Wright Step Reality Check first?
Strongly recommended. The audit results give us a starting point and ensure we use your 30 minutes effectively. If you haven't completed it yet, we can send you the link when you book.
Is this a sales call?
No. This is a working session. If the Wright Step Ecosystem is a fit, we'll discuss it. If it's not, we'll tell you what we think would work better for where your business is now.
What if I'm not ready for the full Ecosystem?
That's fine. Many people book a Triage Call just to get clarity on their next steps. You'll still walk away with recommendations you can implement on your own.
